is so calm... She is quoting something that she used to say once in the library to Tory... : "I will make me a willow cabin at your gate, and call upon my soul within the house..." And that part is from the Shakespeare play "Twelfth Night", Act I Scene V. With this sentence, Paulie is saying that she will be finally FREE to love Tory... she will
set herself free, because she can't live without loving Tory, so she
will make her home at Tory's gate... and call upon her soul within
