| Paulie
crawls into Tori's bed and gets under the covers with her. Tori rolls
to the other side of the bed, with her back to Paulie. Paulie rolls
on top of Tori and whispers "Tori, I love you".
Tori wakes up. They both giggle and kiss. Mouse, wakes up, turns around and looks over at them, then looks up and narrates to the audience: "I
don't know if they know that I can hear, or just pretended they didn't
know, but after a while, it was kind of, I don't know…. ok. Their
sounds, their whispers, their shadows, became kind of, well, just
like part of my dreams or something.… just the way things were." |
