As
Mouse walks by, she listens to
the Ms. Vaughn and Paulie discussing the things that did happen in Ms.
Bannets class. Mouse walks a bit more slowly to understand their words.
Ms. Vaughn: "She has a mind of her own, she doesn't need you to speak for her." Paulie: "She wasn't saying anything." (Paulie lifts her arms up) "She wasn't saying anything!" Ms. Vaughn: "She was saying what she wanted to say…" Paulie: "She wasn't! She was just standing by the blackboard…" Ms. Vaughn cuts Paulie off and is almost shouting out load now. Ms.
Vaughn: "I cannot have you terrorizing my school! Paulie,
Paulie…" |
