that night, Mouse wakes up and sees that Paulie and Tori aren't in their
beds, or in the room at all. She gets up, goes to the window and looks
outside. She sees Paulie and Tori are hugging each other and kissing
on the roof. Mouse start to narrate: "I wasn't really sure what I just seen. I know this sounds like naive, but at first, I mean, I thought they were like, practicing for boys. Up in Rainy River, you see, nothing had really changed since the 50's..." |
